Jeff Kennedy is retired from the United States Army and currently works at the Human Resource Command at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Jeff has taught school in Florida and Kentucky for Miami-Dade Public School System, Hardin County School System, Counsellor for Jefferson County Public School System, Workforce Solution Trainer for Elizabethtown Community Technical College, Business Instructor for Sullivan University and Spencerian College.

Jeff has earned six college degrees and Graduate certificate: Associate Degree in General Studies, associate in applied management, bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a concentration in Management, Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Master of Science in Conflict Management, Graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution and his third master’s degree in human resource leadership.
Jeff holds a plethora of certifications as an EEO counsellor, Civil, Employment and Family, Divorce and Child Custody Mediator, completed Dale Carnegie training program and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator certification practitioner program.
Jeff has a passion for helping other people. Jeff serves in his community, for example, he supports youth, school through the region, veterans, active duty, and reserve soldiers in the area by holding concerts and welcome back events, annual Veteran’s Day awards program.

Our mission is to connect youth, adults, veterans, families, and communities with the knowledge, experiences, mentors, and resources necessary to reach their fullest potential.
Through volunteerism, leadership development, education, mentorship, media outreach, and community engagement, YCBWYCS is creating pathways for individuals to see what is possible and become what they never thought they could achieve.
Our Community Impact
YCBWYCS provides meaningful volunteer opportunities for veterans, non-veterans, students, educators, business professionals, and community members who desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
